A holiday staple for good reason!
2 pkgs. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 jar (2.5 oz.) Old English Cheese
4 oz. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. Worchester sauce
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1. Using an electric mixer, combine the cream cheese, Old English cheese, blue cheese, onion powder, and Worchester sauce. On medium speed mix until creamy and blended well.
2. Form mixture into a ball and put onto a plate. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
3. Put the chopped parsley on a large plate. Roll firm cheese ball till covered with parsley. Discard excess parsley. Put the chopped pecans on the same plate. Roll the firm, parsley covered cheese ball in the nuts until well covered.
Keep these delish cheese balls refrigerated until serving. They’ll last about a week in the fridge.
