1 can (10.2 oz.) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 can (10.5 oz.) can chicken broth
1 1/4 cups milk
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup frozen sweet peas
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black ground pepper
1. Bake biscuits as directed on can.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour; blend well. Add broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
3. Add all remaining ingredients; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
4. Split warm biscuits; place on serving plates. Spoon hot chicken mixture over biscuits.
