My name is Mike and I do my meal planning based on a tight budget. I’ve found this does not mean having to sacrifce variety, fun and flavor in your meals. It mostly requires just a little bit of planning and a collection of yummy recipes that use affordable ingredients. I wanted to share a few of the things I’ve learned in my quest to provide my family a variety of fun and flavorful meals.
